PROMISE BGR IP CDR Milestone successfully reached
IT announces the completion of the BGR IP. The radiation hardened BGR is designed for reliable performance in space application while considering process, voltage, and temperature variations and the impact of single-event transients and total ionizing dose. A worst-case temperature coefficient better than 6.13 ppm/°C, over an extreme temperature range of -40 to 125°C in corners, has been achieved, with a 1.25 V output voltage and 20 uA output currents, draining 1 mA from a 3.3 V source.
