The Consortium presents a paper about SCOPS overview to AMICSA 2024
The Analog and Mixed Signal Integrated Circuits for Space Applications (AMICSA) conferences are organized every two years by the ESA Microelectronics Section. Regrettably, this year’s conference has been postponed, and the next opportunity for SCOPS to be presented its work to the audience will be at the following AMICSA conference, in Lisbon in June 2025.
Although the paper the Consortium presented for the 2024 conference received positive feedback and was accepted by the organizing committee, it primarily provided preliminary information. The paper offered an overview of the recently initiated SCOPS project and a general description of its interface with the PROMISE design standard and Library project.
Throughout 2024, the Consortium has made significant progress in circuit design, which will enable the submission of several papers in the following months; addressing the more challenging aspects of the SCOPS concept and design for consideration. These papers will focus on the architecture, modeling, and design characterization that have been integral to the technological advancements within the SCOPS project.
